NO, I'll just make sure that the beer stored in the saddle bags stays there until he gets off the bike because it DOES take quite a bit of skill avoiding any rear enders while riding a 2nd gen.

Sorry Charlie. It happened to me 10 years ago, too. Got a good one since then. Goin' on 5 years now. BTW, I'm very interested to know how you like that trailer. I've had my eye on that one, but, with the pet hatch, so we could take the pugs if we wanted to.

Congrats Charlie. I was wondering why all the questions to us that went to 2nd gens after owning 1st gens.

And, yes we are sorry to hear of the other issue or maybe we should be happy for you?:hurts:

Wow Charlie, I really like the combo you have there.

My future ex and I have our 1st court date at 9am tomorrow with her demanding immediate spousal support, even though she just received a workman's comp settlement for almost $16,000, which btw, she is going thru like water. When my situation is over, I may not even be able to keep my old 1st gen, much less buying a beautiful 2nd gen. March 5th will be our 41st.

But, this too shall pass.

Sometimes the road's rough. Sometimes the road's smooth. The moment is what you make of it.

Irene and I hope that the road is smooth and the moment shines for you.

Nice looking ride. Enjoy!

Good to see you back on a scoot you can be comfortable on. Go easy on Charlie folks, that '99 ended up being the best payoff I ever had, bought it for $5200 and got almost $9K when it was totalled

:)

And we got to go to Arkansas to boot!

This just backs up what I've said all along.

When you get old and feel the need to slow down a little.

BUY A 2ND GEN!!!!!

Couldn't leave it alone Charlie. Hope you get a lot of miles out of it.
