When I originally contacted them, I asked about getting bags supplied with our logo and asked for a price. I was given the price with discount including our logo. I just feel that we had reached an agreement and now they are changing it. I've heard good things about the product and I think that they are probably a good company but I've just grown frustrated with the amount of time I've put into it and now the last minute change.
