Beau-Kat Posted February 22, 2010 Share #1 Posted February 22, 2010 In case any of you snow birds are tired of the cold, ice, and snow...(actually, it snowed here last week. A very rare event for us). It was 66 degrees of perfect weather out at Lake Moultrie today:sun1: South Carolina still has plenty of room for those who want to move down here, so you can ride year 'round. I was actually born in upstate NY way back in '58. A day like today helps remind me why my family moved from there to here in 1961. Come on down and ride a spell. I'll put out the coffee (or sweet iced tea) for ya. Rusty
Pappa Bear Posted February 22, 2010 Share #2 Posted February 22, 2010 I can vouch for that, the wife and I where in Charleston saturday, and it was nice. Alot better than the snow piles I left at home in Ohio! We ate at a local place around Folly Beach called Bowen Island Seafood. Very local and good food

Here is a couple of photos of my Suburban from last week end's snow event. And one bright spot in my weekend, my new grandson (and first grandchild), Jordon. Born on Friday, the 12th. Even in the very rare event of snow in the Lowcountry, God brings us a little sunshine.
