Mufflers for a 1st Gen

I know mufflers have been discussed a bunch on here, but here we go again. I don't want a loud bike, but that sweet V4 needs to be heard a little better. I've read that a lot of folks really like the HD Road King pipes, but what would would sound good (not looking for loud, I just want to hear the bike better) and be easiest to install? Also looking for a bargain.

I dont know if you can get them anymore but i like the look andthe sound of the Jardines on my 85. Condor did a group buy a year ago on Macs that look and sounda lot like Jardines but I dont know if he has any left. I love the rumble when you roll on the throttle, it sounds kinda like a 350 chevy with a good set ofmufflers under hard acceleration.

I have a set of OEM mufflers that came with my bike. The previous owner had removed the baffles from them. I got a set with the baffles from AtlantaDragonslayer here on the forum. I you want to go that route, let me know. You could have them for shipping cost.
