VegasVic Posted February 14, 2010 #1 Posted February 14, 2010 Sorry to rub it in for those of you buried under snow! Well, no I'm not! I lived in the Buffalo NY are(Lackawanna) until I moved to Vegas 23 yrs ago. I'm the ride captain for the American Legion Post 8 ALR. We had 23 bikes for a 200 mile run today. Went to Mesquite for lunch, then back along Lake Meade to Vegas. Temp was in the mid 60's sun shinning. My RSV in the lead of 20 Harleys. The way it should be!!
LilBeaver Posted February 14, 2010 #2 Posted February 14, 2010 Sounds like a great ride/day! It was in the 60s here today too - but I spent the day in the garage and doing stuff around the house that I have been putting off for waaaay too long.
kantornado Posted February 14, 2010 #3 Posted February 14, 2010 We went on a ride yesterday also. It started out a little chilly sweater weather then buy about 11am I was in short sleeves. What a BEAUTIFUL day it was. VegasVic I am glad to know another fellow Vegas Vet and a fellow VENTURERIDER. org member. I ride with the MARINE RIDERS here. We will have to get together and have a toast.......Ron
