Or we can just call it: El Niño (which happens every 2-7yrs):happy65:

(which is the inconvenient truth):sun:

In the Tropics, El Niño episodes are associated with increased rainfall across the east-central and eastern Pacific and with drier than normal conditions over northern Australia, Indonesia and the Philippines. Elsewhere, wetter than normal conditions tend to be observed 1) during December-February (DJF) along coastal Ecuador, northwestern Peru, southern Brazil, central Argentina, and equatorial eastern Africa, and 2) during June-August (JJA) in the intermountain regions of the United States and over central Chile. Drier than normal conditions generally observed over northern South America, Central America and southern Africa during DJF, and over eastern Australia during JJA. El Niño episodes also contribute to large-scale temperature departures throughout the world, with most of the affected regions experiencing abnormally warm conditions during December-February. Some of the most prominent temperature departures include: 1) warmer than normal conditions during December-February across southeastern Asia, southeastern Africa, Japan, southern Alaska and western/central Canada, southeastern Brazil and southeastern Australia; 2) warmer than normal conditions during June-August along the west coast of South America and across southeastern Brazil; and 3) cooler than normal conditions during December-February along the Gulf coast of the United States.

Geez, some folk will even turn snow into a political argument. :stickpoke:

I just made snow angels and threw a few snowballs. Snowballs which started an argument by the way.

So what did you do Bob hit your poor lady in the face or something? Heck after the deer incident you're still living dangerously?

Margaret

No not really, I thought about it for a second but the truth is, I'm really not that brave. I did mention that it would be fun going hunting in the snow. But, then the deer incident and the thought of sliding on the ice in her deer altered car all the way to the hunting land came to mind. So, we opted for watching TV and napping on the couch.

But that little kid that caught one on the back of the head right after nailing me with a snowball in the grocery store parking lot is probably still whinning to his mother.

Bad news Yammer Dan When we was just starting to see Sunlight and some ground. It is calling for a Winter Storm Watch tomorrow morning.:scared: SO TIRED OF SNOW.:bawling::bang head:

See that is all Dan's fault. Never ask what can happen next, or it can't get worse then this. It can and probably will.

Hopefully WV will defrost before the end of March.

Sunshine, blue skies (@ 5,000 feet), mid 30's and I did 23 wonderful miles. Only the tips of my fingers were cold, probably due to compressed shoulders from prior motorcycle downs. Glove liners didn't cut it, so will try batt heated electric gloves loaned from a friend. Might work.

Who know, 2 nights ago we had 2 inches, next morning it was melted and today all gone. Doesn't mean we're out of it yet though, as we usually get a few harder hits before March let's go of us.

Just got to like the hand problem; my full dress outfit does the job with max protection.

Fact: I believe more motorcyclists rider safer in cold and cool weather due to being able to wear max protection. I wear it up to 75+, and as long as I can.

Prayers for all of you with PMS, just know in my great state, it happens too.

:scorched:What we are all praying for now, eh? :2133::innocent:at least there's always ... :97: !
