Las Vegas Motorcycle rentals?

I'm heading to Vegas for a training course in a couple of weeks and was thinking about renting a bike for a day. Can anyone recommend a rental place that will not nickel and dime me to death. Thought I'd take a run from Vegas to Lake Havasu to see the London Bridge.

 

I've never rented a bike before so any tips will be appreciated.

Don't know if you can rent anything other than a Harley, but I have rented them in two locations, and they run about $1,000.00 deposit and $150.00 per day. Usually limited on the model, too.

 

I couldn't deliver my bike to Puerto Riceo, so I discovered they have a Harley Rental section.

The other time I rented in Berwyn, IL and the minute I took the bike at closing, 5:00pm (it took the agent 1/2 hour to process my paperwork), it was a torrential rainfall, and I had to basically slip and slide with my feet dragging all the way back to my apartment on the North Side of Chicago for the foloowing day's plans. I was drenched the minute I got on the bike!

It was a straight-forward rental with no "nickel and diming" at all. I highly-recommend the ride to the top of Mt. Charleston, weather permitting!

Was in vegas Jan. 09 and rented from the Vegas Harley shop and had great service. They kept our bags as we were heading for the airport after our ride with out a flinch. They also had a large selection of models to choose from. Would highly recommend them.
