Who's Trike kit is this

I know this may not really belong here, but this thread gets the most attention and I'm truly trying to find out if anyone knows who's bike this is OR, who's trike kit it is. If you look at the second picture, there's a USA flag in the background so it should be here in the country, not the UK like I originally thougt because it came off a UK Bike site. Any help would be appreciated.

I suspect that it was either custom built...or more likely from a manufacturer who is no longer in business.

I've never seen one like that before either. Like Don says it may be a custom one up or a small company with either low production or out of business. It being in the UK maybe one of our members over there can shed some light on it?

It was a UK based bike forum but the Trike is here in the USA somewhere, at least by the picture of the Flag Pole in the background.
