dynodon Posted February 4, 2010 #15 Posted February 4, 2010 Good photography, but most if not 100% of the cars were Franklin Mint or Danbury Mint models. I have many of them on my shelf. I think they are great, but I would never take credit for creating them. Not sure where the houses and other things come from, but I suspect they are also models that were bought, not made. Putting them in realistic scenes takes some talent, but not THAT much. If he created the scenes then I give the person much credit. But again, the cars and trucks were all bought as they are.

Yep, I googled Michael Paul Smith, and the cars from what I can gather are those from Franklin, but.... the gist of most of the google hits were about his photography, and for that he's amazing. http://www.boingboing.net/2010/02/02/fantastic-photograph.html And I guess if he bought the models they were his. I didn't see anywhere where he claimed to have made them.....
Lone Eagle Posted February 4, 2010 #17 Posted February 4, 2010 Cool pictures. And for a minute I thought that was a pic of you in your "other days" - with nothing but time on your hands, Condor - :rotf::rotf:
