Need some help

Ever since I bought my 99 venture the choke knob will not stay out keeps pulling back. I have to hold the choke knob, not sure if I need to tighten a screw but had the tank off and everything looks ok.

there is a adj for that not sure if it in the tech section but someonr should chime in soon to let you know whow to adj it.my 99 duse it to and i did the adj but has been a while not sure what to do

My choke knob does the same ..I use sometimes WD40 .. and then the choke knob works again for a few weeks.
