All that white stuff just showed up to remind you why you moved South in the first place.

Buy next week you all will be posting about the wonderful ride you just had. -4 degrees here right now and I know you will hit 60 long before we do. I'd take a week or two cold rather then 4-5 months of it. Beside shoveling is cheaper then going to the gym. LOL.

Well we got a little bit but they say the rest is on the way. I'm hoping it warms up and we get rain. I don't really want rain either, but I don't want snow and ice.

Snow is melted except for a little in the yards. 49 today, sun and CO Blue Skies. 30 now; low 50's tomorrow and mid 50's Sunday. I ride tomorrow solo, just on the count roads east of the foothills of the eastern Rockies from Ft Collins. Sunday a couple of my buddies and I are getting together for a noon time ride. It is always nice to ride with buddies.

Usually our Feb is better, March has a few tough days and from April on around here it's a breeze.

Heart felt empathy for those of you in the bad locations of Texas, and I hope it's gone ASAP! I like Texas, .... BUT

>>>>> this make make Squidley and Lonna move back to CO soon! He's be MY wrench any day.

When all of you do ride, ride safe, long, hard and happy, and together. As always, FINDERS FEE for a good referral of a Queen Seat or UP Lady Rider, as my seat is still empty. LOL.

come to Vancouver, BC ... no snow here!! (except on the mountains and even there is is disappearing)

I bet the Olympic organizers are about to have a corinary with no snow on the ground. That will cost them a couple more million.

It is starting here in NC now, the ground is white and there is forecasted more freezing rain and snow. Yesterday it was near seventy. Go figure.

:farmer:

The East Coast is for sure going to get a southerly storm. NC will be getting more snow than MD. Where is Spring?

Can't blame it on me, I exorsized that demon when we went back up north. Remember it got real cold down here...and I was no where nears this state

Nothing really exciting here in central Mn. except instead of our "normal" Jan. thaw when it usually gets up around 50 degrees for a couple days it rained this year, missed getting the bike out for the day, the only good thing about this time of year! Yep, nothing exciting, normal cold, normal snow, normal cabin fever, normal b#*ch'in, normal tv re-runs, normal weather reports, "cold crappy dark", normal dumb a$$es falling thru the ice, normal drunken snowmobile idgits try'in to set land speed records in my ditch, normal rescues of more dumb a$$es lost cross country skiing/snowshoeing after dark, normal vertical hot air balloon racing because hot air rises quicker @ 30 below ( ? )....Yep, normal here in central Mn. as I crank up the heat, turn on a sun lamp, pop some vitamin "D"/"C"/"E",Fish oil/Ribose/anit-depressants, hop on the tread mill cause it's "TOO DANG COLD" to go for a walk and I'm getting "FAT",,, grab a beer and watch another fantasy tropical movie/ Rudy Maxa in Spain........Normal here in central Mn..................

Well we got snow only around 4 or 5 inches max. Of course now it's sleeting a bit. I'll post a few pics gotta charge the batteries. Both camera's need the batteries charged. Just that sort of day I guess.

The kids are out there on their ATV's (we don't have snow mobiles around here). Nobody else out or on the road. Which is a good thing.

Here's a few shots of the yard. Looks pretty, and it's gonna melt some before tonight. Which means ice on the roads tomorrow, but I can stay home. Gonna warm up to the 40s this week and more rain. Really don't need the rain, we've had plenty.
