Insurance premiums on the rise?

Here is the rate calculator for most vehicles. In saskatchewan we have provincially run vehicle insurance that includes collision, theft, fire, comprehensive along with liability. For my bike i usually pay by the month and i carry a storage policy that costs me about 50 bucks a year on my 85 venture.

There is also a box about a discount for various amounts of claims, accidents and driving violations etc, i get the maximum discount points at 15 so they give me a 20% discount.
