Terrible week!

I got home yesterday from a 10 day business road trip out west, my wife and my daughter are sick, I'm fighting off a cold or something?, my dog has a terrible case of the fleas, & I find out due to "Corporate Restructuring" my job is in serious jeopardy.

I finally get home in the evening, no beer in the house:bang head: , and I sit and watch my beloved Tarheels drop their third straight game.

At least my hotrod is still in the garage, I think I heard it crying last night wanting me to take it for a ride.

WOW....sounds like some of MY weeks lately. Hope things turn out for the best.

Been a long 3 weeks of fighting the flu or whatever it is, and Mechanic fighting it too.

Hopefully your job is not gone.

Good thing about the retirement I haven't even had a cold this year. Staying home and not around a thousand convicts coughing and hacking on me. And the Mountainers won a good one last night!!!

Hope yours starts looking up.

Just found out, my position will be eliminated by the end of April. I can't say I'm very upset, been down this road before. My wife and I have been smart with the money, haven't lived beyond our means, so we will get by. I have a good education, and a good work resume, so I feel confident the right position will be found. I'm getting ready to head home, witha couple of stops to get some flea soap for the mutt and a 12 pack of my favorite adult beverage.

Now if I could help Carolina play some daggum defense ! Maybe this is the year I start pulling for West Virginia or Syracuse? Could never pull for Duke or Kans-ass, just can't do it.

Sorry to hear about you job. Remember that one door closes another door opens. I know its corny but I'll pray you find something better.
