I just used the o-ring by itself also. No leaks so far.

I haven't found them for sale, but I did buy a bulk quantity from old stock. I can send you a washer and o'ring.

Yeah, with the limited time frame, it really helps if you can remove the seat and tank, and split the fairing. I can do all of that, it just takes longer.

Beth and I'll be there early Saturday morning, and I'll have it set up and ready. Is there anything else that I need to bring that would help....besides a half dozen of Boomer's pygmies? I read here that they are extremely helpful, just a wee bit "short" though
