odysse68 Posted October 2, 2007 #1 Posted October 2, 2007 Few months ago, I found a sketch of an adapter to put on a lift. I am not able to find it again. Can you help me to find it? It looks like the one of CarboneOne but it is not exactly the same. thanks in advance for your prompt respnse
Gary N. Posted October 2, 2007 #2 Posted October 2, 2007 Was this it? But I didn't copy Larry's. It's strictly a product of my own imagination and spare bits of scrap steel in my shop. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=2084&highlight=lift+adaptor
Monsta Posted October 2, 2007 #3 Posted October 2, 2007 Cool. I've not seen those pics. I bought one of CarbonOne's used. I like the idea of putting some rubber on the contact points.
odysse68 Posted October 3, 2007 Author #4 Posted October 3, 2007 Thanks guy, it is exactly what I was watching for
DAN STEVENSON Posted October 6, 2007 #5 Posted October 6, 2007 I just recieved my lift from Larry. I thought about making one from the drawing. I did not have the time to build one. I decided to purchase one from Larry. Best decision I could have made. The quailty is great, the price is more than fair, the service is great. Very easy to use. Larry is a great person to do business with. I would highly reccommend Larry and this lift.
Freebird Posted October 6, 2007 #6 Posted October 6, 2007 I agree. Folks don't get no better than Larry.
Squidley Posted October 6, 2007 #7 Posted October 6, 2007 Larry's product is top notch, I have never known him to build anything at less that perfect. I made one as I had all the materials, but I wouldn't hesitate a second to buy his had I not done it myself. I'll probably buy one from Larry for my uncle who just bought a '99.
Bobby G Posted May 12, 2010 #8 Posted May 12, 2010 Ordered my Carbon_One from Larry the other day, and it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Can't wait to put that sucker to work. Great guy to deal with too. Next task on the docket - - leveling links!
Bobby G Posted May 13, 2010 #9 Posted May 13, 2010 Now that is a pretty sight! Got it today and it is wonderful. Beats the heck out of trying to use wooden blocks or hockey pucks, which I couldn't get to work anyway.
