gunkylump Posted January 3, 2010 #1 Posted January 3, 2010 This is a great site if you have issues seeing your GPS>.. GlareStomper Official Site,GPS Anti Glare,GPS Visors,GPS Shades Found this on another site, it seems to be a good fix for "screen glare" gunky:shock3:
Bigfoot Posted January 3, 2010 #3 Posted January 3, 2010 Thanks. I've got the anti glare material on my GPS and I'm not sure it helps at all. This looks like it might work a little better.
mother Posted January 3, 2010 #4 Posted January 3, 2010 i have been using one for the past 4 years and it works. there are times when you are riding north and the sun is behind you and there is the glare again. but for most riding situations i like it.
TopV Posted January 4, 2010 #5 Posted January 4, 2010 I kind of like the idea of not useing a GPS, if i make a wrong turn it just makes my ride last that much longer. After all when coming back from Star Days 07 in Tenn i took a wrong turn and made it back to Mass buy way of Ohio. Got to see things i had never seen befor.
BIG TOM Posted January 4, 2010 #6 Posted January 4, 2010 for the most part they work fairly good....again if the suns behind you...not so well, but still worth the investment..I use mine all the time.....
