here are a few pics of today's M&E @ Speedy's Bar b que. thanks margaret for putting this together, it was nice to meet some of the VR family. look closely and you will see beer30 presenting riderduke with a pink shirt with 'stud muffin' on the back of shirt. the closeup of the good looking couple (lol) is me & wife. the black rstd is my bike this morning before heading out to the M&E.....i believe beer30 & riderduke also rode in. had a great time and looking forward to riding with a few of the member i met today.

Looks like I missed a great time. Dang work.....I'm gonna have to do something about that.

 

Duke was brave for riding! There is no way this beach boy would have ridden from Northern VA with it in the Mid-20's all day. The wind is currently blowing about 25 MPH.

 

Does anyone know if he got home alright?

Thanks for the pics Mike. Glad ya didn't have to ride down alone. Sounds like a plan to go back in Oct. I'd be up for that one. Maybe the weather would be better then too.

Give me a break ..Beer was like that in the camera. That's his trick!! I been trying to put these few pics on the post for the past 4.5 hours...started to call you and say look , How about I mail them to you and you can do it for me. Talking about getting my a$$ kicked.

 

And would you believe, to think I was looking at one of the fancy cameras. Heck they got buttons and knobs.

I am so mad at myself. This was a M&E that I could have made and did not even notice it. I don't always keep current with the M&E section, and it does help if there is a reminder in the Watering Hole section, but Too Late Baby.

What a bummer.
