Ok folks due to several requests for a wiring system for the Stebel horns I've built up several assemblies. They will be a plug and play ststem so nothing will be needed. Included with the harness will be a rubber covered fuse holder, 30 amp relay, fully insulated & soldered teminals.

When you sell the whole set including the horn for 60 bucks..we save some money.

I've thought of doing that but didn't want to tie up capital. Besides it's not going to happen for $60 as it costs almost that much just for the horn once shipping is added from the various vendors I've already checked. With my brackets and wiring harnesses already made up they can be shipped immediately when an order came in where as with having the horns on hand to would slow the process down I think. If I can find a vendor willing to sell them as a group buy then I'd gladly put a package together and pass on the savings to our members here.

Just my :2cents: but when installing the Stebel horn I'm suggesting adding a 14ga wire from the relay to the horn behind the left fairing. From what I have experienced that factory horn is MUCH louder after giving it a bigger wire and grounding it behind one of the mounting bolts. It adds a third tone and the harmonics make the combination REALLY loud. :thumbsup2:

Know what you mean about the horn under the cowling. I have a pair of highway blasters (both at 139 dicebles), 1 under left cowling and other in fairing along with my Stebel air horn on the right side. Plenty loud there.
