getting ready to get dressed for a new year ride. it's 10 degrees and i am going to lay my nomad up for a couple of months for a custom build. so i need to warm it up good for the long down time. i will be able to start it once in a while even though it will have no wheels. let the chroming begin. you'all have a happy new year. bill :clap2::clap2::clap2::2133::2133:

Don't come here minus 15 (my bikes shaking in its cover) Good time for sitting in front of the fireplace with Baileys and coffee and reflecting on the summer.:crying:

Maybe you should just stay in MO today. I see they changed our forecast, only getting up to 11 degrees today, hardly worth the 10 hour ride to gain 1 degree.

 

and ya, I'm still going to ride.... if the bike will start....

i'm back! was'nt to bad. fingers got numb, face shield kept fogging, but the ole gerbers jacket was toasty. got to test my new power plug too. only got 3 more to ride this weekend. the nomad is on the lift, heats on in the garage, ready for the major tear down. guess i better go to work. st. louis plating is waiting for some parts. got some new avons sitting here looking for a home too. off to work. :2133:

Bill, you the man. After you get done there can ya stop down in new York to help me find the short in my instruments on my Honda Sabre! Have fun buddy. Phil.
