Heated Rechargeable Boots

Has anyone seen these Rechargeable Heated Boots?

They are supposed to last for 8 hours, and your toosties are suppose to be warm.

Have no experience with the booties , but "Why" not battery operated socks ?........cheaper I bet .

Yes I thought the same thing, but I think the thing is because these are rechargeable. I know it is still more expensive.

Buddy of mine has the battery operated socks . I installed a 12 volt cig lighter plug-in on his Wing so he could use an inverter to operate a 110 battery charger for his AA batteries ie....camera and other toys while out on the road.

Problem with the battery operated socks is that they don't have many wires for heating so they don't cover much more than your toes. At least that has been my experience.

 

I like them. I paid that much for my cruiser works boots and wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. These would be great for winter riding.
