Chaharly Posted December 28, 2009 #2 Posted December 28, 2009 Wierd! I'd make those wheels a little bit bigger, that way if you forget about putting those wheels down, if it falls, it just lands on one of its wheels and then it picks the bike back up! But i prefer the wind:scubadive:
Sunrayman Posted December 28, 2009 #3 Posted December 28, 2009 I'd hate to see the aftermath of an accident with all that "wrapping"!
CrazyHorse Posted December 28, 2009 #4 Posted December 28, 2009 I'd hate to see the aftermath of an accident with all that "wrapping"! Looks hard to get thrown from it even has seat belts in it. I'm not sure if thats good or bad. Pretty wild concept.

BigBoyinMS Posted December 28, 2009 #7 Posted December 28, 2009 Looks like it didn't work out. That looks to be 10-15 years ago. Jeremy Clarkson looks a good bit younger in that clip.
Smilin Jack Posted December 28, 2009 #8 Posted December 28, 2009 In the last few sentences he anouncer said the unit cost 50,000 pounds, what does that equate to in US dollars ? Smilin Jack
mini-muffin Posted December 28, 2009 #9 Posted December 28, 2009 Checked out a conversion chart 50,000 (GBP) = 80,012.802 (USD) Might be a bit pricey, and if that was 10 yrs ago at least have no idea what they'd be going for now over there so it might be more. Margaret

Sailor Posted December 29, 2009 #13 Posted December 29, 2009 Scrips Booth Auto Bi Go. Built in 1912. First V8 engine built in Detroit. Motorcycle with V8 engine, shaft drive, water cooled and carried 3 people. Compressed air start. 80mph top speed. weight 4000 lbs. Out riggers deployed at stops to keep it upright. Damn, that sounds familiar. Would scare the crap out of any hardly driver or car driver.
Aussie Annie Posted December 29, 2009 #14 Posted December 29, 2009 Might as well just drive a little car :confused24:
