Guest Ken8143 Posted December 28, 2009 #2 Posted December 28, 2009 Do you ever get cold. or atleast cool weather over there?
mini-muffin Posted December 28, 2009 #3 Posted December 28, 2009 There summer is our winter. I'd send you some of the colder weather from over here, but I don't think it'd get there Annie. Stay cool. Margaret
Aussie Annie Posted December 28, 2009 Author #4 Posted December 28, 2009 Winter's can be wet and cold. But we usually can ride most of the year As someone once said: "No such thing as bad weather, only bad choice of clothing!"
Yammer Dan Posted December 28, 2009 #5 Posted December 28, 2009 I'd like to soak some of that into my bones for a few hrs Annie. I have had over 60 broken bones and cold weather is no fun for me. But I'm not crazy about the heat either. I like it about 75 anymore so my bones won't ache. But about a 100 for a few hrs would feel pretty good. Stay cool girl.
sydem Posted December 28, 2009 #6 Posted December 28, 2009 put a minus sign in front of the "C" tempatures and that's what we are getting now, YOU CAN HAVE IT, watch for UPS, it's on it's way!!
BoomerCPO Posted December 28, 2009 #7 Posted December 28, 2009 Look at the bright side Annie....with temps over 100 you can cook eggs on your gas tank any old time ya want. Boomer.....who'll take a side order of bacon to go with those eggs please.
Yammer Dan Posted December 29, 2009 #8 Posted December 29, 2009 Eat and Ride at the same time?? That just about covers it all don't it???:snow2:
Cougar Posted December 29, 2009 #9 Posted December 29, 2009 Annie, Some guy here in Iowa is selling snow on eBay if your interested!
Cougar Posted December 29, 2009 #10 Posted December 29, 2009 Sorry Annie, The Bidding has ended http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190356693783
Scooter Bob Posted December 30, 2009 #11 Posted December 30, 2009 Enjoy it ANNIE, looks like we are supposed to reach +14F for the New Years Ride this year, and some snow showers to boot. Might have to rethink this on a count of the snow part, have to check the roads first. Later, Scooter Bob
