Got a new recipe for homemade peperoni.....made it with venison and pork.........WOW..WOW..WOW.......something tells me it gonna be as hot exiting my body as it was entering it... yeeeooooowwwwlllllllllll.....MAN THATS GOOD STUFF !!!!!!!!:rotf::sign67:

Put it on the what's cooking-Ventureriders recipe. That is if you do not mind shareing. I have some venison and elk I am going to make some sausage. Would not mind trying some pepperoni.

Thanks Big Tom, Good things takes time. My sausage takes me 2 days and the 2nd day is about 12 to 16 hours of smoke time. Can not wait to try it.
