"When" is not necessarily "Maybe" "Maybe" , also another term for"Whether or Not" "Whether or Not" used in the correct manner is like "Who Cares" "Who Cares" indicates a "Why-ner" . These are the answers to the basic questions, so better write them down. Pay attention people. Stay alert, this is a learning experience. Why is obviously the reason we ride our bikes, When is anytime we need to experience the fun in life, where is anywhere our bike goes. and of course How, is on a motorcycle, because 2 or 3 wheels is the only way to experience How.
