RoadKill Posted December 2, 2009 #1 Posted December 2, 2009 Well yesterday most likely was my last ride of 2009. It was 34 when I left on my 60 mile commute to work. I'll have to say the GW has great wind protection and I wasn't really that cold. Got up to 54 for the ride home. I had a hard time taking the exit for home The bike wanted to just keeping heading south. Hope I get to ride again before 2010, but the temps are below freezing today and calling for the white stuff soon. Jay
FROG MAN Posted December 2, 2009 #2 Posted December 2, 2009 I never had the first ride of 2009 yet. Miles logged for the year 0. I think I'm done crossing that creek. 2009 was a wet year which kept the water up and that makes for slippery crossing in warm weather. I hope to put up a shed at the camp and move a scoot or two down there in the spring. I'm cutting my own grass now instead of contracting out both places so time on weekends is less.
RoadKill Posted December 2, 2009 Author #3 Posted December 2, 2009 Man that bites. I think I would be in the Mental ward if I hadn't rode all year I think you should have work day at your place and we all come and build a bridge Here is hoping 2010 is MUCH better. Jay
