Sheradan Posted November 12, 2009 #1 Posted November 12, 2009 I'm giving away the luggage off my 83. Bags are in good shape, trunk has usual cracks but repairable. The side covers are also available, but have the tabs missing. I would like it to go to one place (the luggage) but not required. These would be good if you want to do a repaint. Pay for shipping and they are yours.
calperin Posted November 12, 2009 #2 Posted November 12, 2009 I think I 'm going to use it. How much for the shipping to Mi?
Sheradan Posted November 12, 2009 Author #4 Posted November 12, 2009 I'll box it up tomorrow and let you know weight and size. So I'll have exact info tomorrow. Side covers will have to be boxed seperately.
bongobobny Posted November 13, 2009 #5 Posted November 13, 2009 Missed again. What RU looking for, Yammer???
Sheradan Posted November 13, 2009 Author #6 Posted November 13, 2009 The luggage ended up in two boxes. They are small when putting stuff in them, large when stuffing them in something. They are: 1. 22x22x20 18lbs 2. 21x18x20 20.5 lbs I'm at zip 95501 USPS parcel post cost about $55 to zip 48076 If you have a fed ex or ups account and want to have them picked up, you can do that. Just let me know what you want.
Yammer Dan Posted November 13, 2009 #7 Posted November 13, 2009 What RU looking for, Yammer??? Not really sure right now Bob but I have a lot of parts to build something if I ever get that building done. Lot of parts from the "Blue Beast" are beyond using. "Parts Bike" has a broken frame so...... (they told me it was a parts bike anyway) I really don't think I'm going to need luggage now that I think of it. Maybe a "few Go Faster" parts.
Dano Posted November 14, 2009 #8 Posted November 14, 2009 I'm looking for the lower fairing legs and front cross piece (hopefully in 2 tone blue) for the 87 I picked up.......................
Yammer Dan Posted November 15, 2009 #9 Posted November 15, 2009 I'm looking for the lower fairing legs and front cross piece (hopefully in 2 tone blue) for the 87 I picked up....................... And whats the first thing that gets taken out when truck blindsides you?? Between the two I might get one set. Going to be Black& Blue??
Dano Posted November 15, 2009 #10 Posted November 15, 2009 That's fine, but only if you're not going to need them in the future. I'm not anticipating any paint having to be done, so I might wait, I got till spring to find a match.
Yammer Dan Posted November 15, 2009 #11 Posted November 15, 2009 Went looking a little today and don't even have that without some glue. Set on "Ugly" needs paint.
