kenw Posted November 11, 2009 #1 Posted November 11, 2009 I would like to give all our Vets a big thank you today for the sacrifices you and your comrades made to make this country what it is! to all those that don't agree the door is open---leave! Bless you brothers and sisters!!!!
Squidley Posted November 11, 2009 #2 Posted November 11, 2009 Thanks for remembering us Ken, even as screwed up as this country is, I'd do it again.
cecdoo Posted November 11, 2009 #3 Posted November 11, 2009 My sincere Thanks as well, to all the Men and Women who served. Craig
kenw Posted November 11, 2009 Author #4 Posted November 11, 2009 Thanks for replying! I can't help but to notice that all the other messages get loads of replys! Maybe we forgot who we are and where we're from! In that case I guess a lot of people suffered and died so we could be this way!!! I wonder who will be willing to fight for them in the future!!! Take this offline if you want I just had to say my mind!!
Yammer Dan Posted November 11, 2009 #5 Posted November 11, 2009 As Squid said I would do it again. We don't know what we have til we see those that don't. I have always told my kids this. When my youngest son "Lil'Yammer" came back from his trip overseas (Marine) he told me " Dad I didn't really believe you but now I understand." Made me feel I had accomplished something.
rod Posted November 11, 2009 #6 Posted November 11, 2009 We did what we did for our country for own reasons. Volunteer or drafted we answered the call to serve our country. God bless our Vets. I would do it again. Rod USAF 1975-1979
MiCarl Posted November 11, 2009 #7 Posted November 11, 2009 A big thank you to everyone who has served and is serving. The reason there are so few replies is the thread topic. "Thank you VETS" would have got far more responses.
