Dooder1 Posted October 20, 2009 #1 Posted October 20, 2009 Took a ride this morning to the Doc's for my 4 month checkup on my hip replacement. X-Rays were excellent, Range of movement was excellent. Still have some pain when I walk on uneven ground and move certain ways but Doc said that was normal. Said things were going so good that he didn't need to see me for another 6 months. Exercise does work lol:banana: John
Eck Posted October 20, 2009 #2 Posted October 20, 2009 Soooooooooooooo glad to hear the good news John. I know you have been through hell with your legs and you deserve a new start.. I wish you the best......
mini-muffin Posted October 20, 2009 #3 Posted October 20, 2009 Great now we need to hear all about the riding you're gonna be doing. Margaret
RandyR Posted October 20, 2009 #4 Posted October 20, 2009 Good report. Sometimes it just takes time to work thru the pain. After a while it gets better and you learn to ignore it. I think I'll have to exercise my right arm and shoulder regularly for the rest of my life, which isn't a bad thing in itself.
