Aussie Annie Posted October 12, 2009 #1 Posted October 12, 2009 Just an up-date on the thumb brake installed on the quike. Quickstep had a devil of a time getting it to bleed and get the pressure up, but finally worked. It worked really well on the ride yesterday (Sunday) and isn't taking me that long to get used to. Sure is crowded on the left handlebar though To Qickstep: thanks Possum

jfoster Posted October 21, 2009 #7 Posted October 21, 2009 Curious, whats the purpose of it or what does it do?
Squeeze Posted October 21, 2009 #8 Posted October 21, 2009 It's a Thumb Brake Master Cylinder and Annie's operating the rear Brakes with it, since she can't use her right Foot to do so.
