What I don't understand is how it got on Ebay?

I checked the bike out and sent him a few e-mail and ask him if I could look at it, I told him that's the only way I would purchase it. Only after a check out of the title and bike. After a few e-mails I sent one final e-mail and said "I think I know where you are coming from":scratchchin:
