1 Canuck Posted November 11, 2009 #26 Posted November 11, 2009 As much as this displaced Yankee hates to say it.....I had the heat on last night....it went down to 55? That's cold isn't it? Cold? I was out riding at 45F the other day. It was a little cool but it was a beautiful sunny day. This time of year 60 - 65F is shirt weather up here. It is currently 27F and when winter hits in January, it can drop to about -40 to -45F. No kidding. The last time I visited my sisters place in Tyler TX, it was about 96-99F and I thought I was going to pass out from the heat and humidity. Now that's hot! I must say although, Texas looks like a beautiful place to live, but it would take me some time to acclimatise.
Carbon_One Posted November 11, 2009 #27 Posted November 11, 2009 Maybe that cold stuff found out where Brad went and went to pay a visit. Kind of a reminder for him ya think, just so he don't forget what it's like Larry

LLonearth Posted November 11, 2009 #30 Posted November 11, 2009 Please don't forget about us poor souls suffering down in the Rio Grande Valley. Today Mercedes is supposed to be sunny and 85. I am planning to ride over to Progresso for some cheap tequila and Kahlua. Somebody's gotta do it.
ddoggma Posted November 11, 2009 #31 Posted November 11, 2009 It was 61 degrees here, last night. Almost went out on the scoot. But Sundays gonna be 70 Global warming? I love it.
