Moped Posted September 26, 2007 #3 Posted September 26, 2007 JC WHITNEY have wide blade Showchrome handles for 18.99 ea. I have a set and they are nice, wide blade has good feel. Seems I paid less but that was a year ago. Eck's post of Cyclegiant parts have Showchrome levers for 14.95 Don't say if they are wide style. I would get the wide levers you will like the feel. Good Luck
KiteSquid Posted September 26, 2007 #4 Posted September 26, 2007 Why not Polish up the ones you have, and spray them with some Clear Polyurethane. Of course mask off the surfaces that rotate, like the hinge area and where the wear areas are.... Or just coat them without polishing them before hand, to keep that nice patina that is on any bike that gets ridden....
bongobobny Posted September 27, 2007 #5 Posted September 27, 2007 Just remember to check for a slight amount of free play between the handle and the master cylander push rod if you don't want any problems...
