Drivers floorboards 86-93?

Does anyone having an 86 thru 93 VR, use drivers floorboards?

If they are available, I'm thinking that they would put my feet in a better position, a little forward and a little lower.

I wonder if I could adapt the rear floorboards to the front?

occasionally a set of driver's floorboards shows up on e-bay.

not that it would help you much,cause they go for BIG $$$$$$$$$!!!!!!!

i have been thinking of fabricating a set, from 1/2 inch aluminum plate.just to see if i can do it.

If a set of floor boards shows up on E-Bay, make sure they are for the 86-93. The ones for the 83-85 will not work on the 86-93.

 

Personally, I took mine off and just went with highway pegs...........

Someone posted how they adapted Harley floorboards to fit a 1st Gen. Seems like it only required drilling the floorboard brackets. Probably just as expensive as those sold on eBay.

YES the harley floor boards do fit! my dad just put them on his 87
