MAINEAC Posted September 21, 2009 #1 Posted September 21, 2009 Everything's changed since March... Did a job with 160 ATMs to reprogram in GA, AL, and CA and squeezed in 3 weeks in FL including Daytona Bike Week and a few days in the Keys where me and my Bro partied like it was 1978 and did some snorkeling out on the Coral Reef.. I also did a day at The Laughlin River Run but it was 105 and no shade trees and the heat was starting to get to me and got to Leesburg Bikefest on the same weekend.. Anyways while riding through the desert on a bike with no name.. I did some soul searching and asked God to show me a sign that he exists... I get home and the Ol'Lady tells me she's moving to NH and that she wants a Divorce after 25 years (she's been talkin about it for like 3 years) ... I said "Yes!!! there is a God!!!" (I even went to church today for the 1st time in a long time) Then... I meet this hot sexy little 43 yo nurse down in NH.. Well you get the idea... Let's just say she restored my faith in womanhood and I now know that all women are not evil... Some are actually quite sweet... Ok I also dropped a lot of weight... I used to be 333 (or maybe that's as high as my scale went) and I'm down to 259 and shooting for 210 and I've cleaned up my act some... I'm also a happier person (some people here will be glad to hear that... ulessed there so pissed at me they won't even read this)... and other than a Stevie Wonder blind joke that rubbed me the wrong way (especially while or Founder is dealing with a potential loss of sight)... I think I've been pretty chilled here... For the record Stevie played at my High School in 1974 when I was a Junior during school we had an assembly and there was Stevie and a piano playing "Very Supersticious" and about 10 other songs and it was awesome... I wasn't even a big SW fan at the time but I was amazed a guy could be so talented while overcoming a handicap that I'm glad I don't have... Needless to say I became a big fan.. Well if anyone's still reading this drivel.. I've met some good people on this site and look forward to seeing them again... At the risk of sounding too cornball like some of the threads I poke fun at... Disclaimer: The above thread reflects the opinion of the poster and your results may vary. Hey lemme know if I need some more disclaimers and I'll call a credit card lawyer and he can write me a book. Later,

skydoc_17 Posted September 21, 2009 #11 Posted September 21, 2009 Hey Mark, We've chatted on the Facebook Motorcycle Forum, I too have gotten a bit "Excited" about some of the threads that have been posted here. My "passion" for riding and working on motorcycles is a driving force in my life. It took me two "tries" to find a woman who would accept that, so I can relate to the feeligs when you are with someone that doesn't share that view. I can also relate to your feelings when you do find someone. I have also discovered that as far as people go, some are gonna' like you, and some are gonna' hate you, but in my case, They are sure as he!! gonna' remember me! It took some time, but I can now live with that. Always remember, every "family" has a "black sheep" or two, so it's good to seeya' back, besides, I was getting tired of "sitting in the corner" all by my self! It's good to hear that things are going better for ya', I hope it continues, Earl
