Rolling down the road, the warning light pops on and the dash goes through it's start up routine. It doesn't interupt the motor running at all but it'll kill the cruise if it's on. Happens every 50-75 miles with more and more recurring frequency. Any one have any info on this? Thanks! Great forum!

You be taking the dash off and be hitting the pins that the main connector be pluggin' into with a hot poker! You be wanting to down a pint of swill afterwords. Arrrrrr...
Venturous Randy Posted September 20, 2009 #5 Posted September 20, 2009 Jim, there are several posts on CMS repair. That's the readout unit you are refering to. Not a major job. Another suggestion is to check associated grounds as it sounds like a ground problem to me. RandyA
