2003 venture for sale

While out riding yesterday, a guy aproached me and asked if I would be interested in a 2003 midnight venture royal star With 13,000km on it. I think he said he would like 12,000 CDN for it but I am not 100% sure. In any case I told him I would post it on our web site. I also gave him my e-mail address so he could send me some pics. His reason for parting with it is that he went back to a sport bike, that the venture was just too tame for him ( he should have got a 1st gen).

$12,000 for an '03 ... sheesh!!! I got my '06 with 1300 km's on it last Nov for $12,900.

I aint saying what I got my 07 with 8800 miles on it for! Rest assured it wasnt that much.

 

However for Canadian pricing this is not terribly out of range. These bikes are expensive up here!

That's $11,112.47 US at todays rate. Seems a little steep ? I bought my '07' last September equipped with XM radio, Garmin 550 and a radar detector for $11,500.00. The Sheriff hasn't shown up yet so I guess it wasn't a stolen bike - except on my part
