craigatcsi Posted September 7, 2009 #1 Posted September 7, 2009 My daughter-in-law took a pic of my bike and photo shopped it. My bike is pretty much stock, but I think the pic looks great. What do you think? craigr
BigBoyinMS Posted September 7, 2009 #2 Posted September 7, 2009 Looking good! (Now where have I seen that color before?)
massey130 Posted September 7, 2009 #3 Posted September 7, 2009 very nice. that blue really stands out against the black backgrnd. here is a non shopped shot of our white 04 RSV on green backgrnd.
massey130 Posted September 7, 2009 #5 Posted September 7, 2009 maybe ya'll should form a sub group called "The Blue Boys"
craigatcsi Posted September 7, 2009 Author #7 Posted September 7, 2009 Funny thing, I have never seen another Blue / Black here in Omaha. And, on our recent trip to the West Coast & back, (6500 miles), we never saw ONE Venture!!! This really surprised us.
kbran Posted September 7, 2009 #8 Posted September 7, 2009 But the Midnight is hard to beat... Doing good there Skid.
Mariner Fan Posted September 7, 2009 #9 Posted September 7, 2009 Really nice picture! I'm still looking for the best light and background for a picture of my bike.
1 - UP Posted September 7, 2009 #11 Posted September 7, 2009 That Blue and Black is a pretty bike, a friend of mine has one. It took me a while to like it. But, the more I look at it the better it gets. Ken
Hummingbird Posted September 7, 2009 #12 Posted September 7, 2009 It's already been said - A midnight is hard to beat BUT An altered Midnight is even nicer
ablumny Posted September 7, 2009 #13 Posted September 7, 2009 Yup....something about a Midnight.... http://lh6.ggpht.com/_9EMyKcng_yA/SnT6NZu4OdI/AAAAAAAACz0/OpYPckbpTus/s800/P8010599.JPG
SilvrT Posted September 7, 2009 #14 Posted September 7, 2009 Yup....something about a Midnight.... I concur...
Bummer Posted September 7, 2009 #15 Posted September 7, 2009 ...What do you think?I think that's a beautiful bike. I do love that Galaxy Blue. Your daughter-in-law did a nice job on the pic. Modern photo post-processing can yield some interesting results. Here's a variation. The background has been faded and the whole thing cartooned. I then cropped it, shrunk it unmercifully, and use that image as my current screen avatar. The effects make it easier to see the bike against the background in such a small image. Black Cherry, the sexy color.
Yammer Dan Posted September 7, 2009 #16 Posted September 7, 2009 All 2nd Gens. I thought I was going to see some REAL Bikes!!!
