bio fuels are the greatest scam ever.your mileage will drop by a third.much more expensive than gasoline after they get the scam in full swing.one corn crop per year.where we going to get all the corn? we will be dependent on another country for it.where we going to put all the crap thats left when we produce the fuel.where we gonna get diesel fuel,and motor oil.etc,etc,.an old law of physics says there ain't no free lunches and you can't get something for nothing.this will end up costing the american people big time.and a bunch of people will get rich quick.

Don't worry folks next week an other expert will inform us that this study is wrong and all is well. The following week the next expert will tell us that spinach is the root of all evil and should be eradicated from the planet. the next week the experts will find that if all humans stop eating drinking and breathing the earth can be saved. I've been warning people about this for years. I've done the hard math and the real world tests with normal gasoline and the contaminated gasoline (ethanol). I've proven many times that you burn more actual gasoline when you add 10% ethanol to the mix. The reason is because ethanol is a fuel contaminate and actually lowers the efficiency of gasoline by lowering the BTU's per unit of fuel mixture. Simply said one gallon of gasoline has a higher BTU than ethanol. This means gasoline burns hotter and cleaner and produces more power.

 

This is nothing more than a way to break the American economy.

amen.just common sense chemistry.can't believe the auto manufacturers are backing this.must be kick backs down the road for them.i can't believe the people that can't wait for this to happen.most of the ones i talk to really believe it will be cheap and plentiful.when i tell thm their mileage will drop by a third they say no way.jugglers right far less btu's per volume in ethanol.
