venture sighting

I was out on a ride on the DR today and saw a silver second generation about a mile east of Stover. Anybody from the forum?

I wasn't near Stover but I did see a 99 Venture go through Rock Port, MO. while I was taking a break and getting fuel. He was with three other bikes. HD's

He probably was the only one of the three without a worried look on his face. Oh, I forgot, HD riders grow beards to hide their worried looks.:whistling:

The guy that I was riding with just had a new grandbaby and had to pick his wife up at the hospital that morning. I had to wait for him to call so I couldn't plan anything ahead. We didn't get going until 1 PM. By the way how did that carb synch work out?
