Wanderer Posted August 23, 2009 #30 Posted August 23, 2009 I'm throwing in my recent favorite: 'BONES'
autopilot Posted August 23, 2009 #31 Posted August 23, 2009 NCIS and Bones! Used to enjoy Magnum PI and JAG when they were on. Enjoyed Monk most of the time but others better.
Yama Mama Posted August 23, 2009 Author #32 Posted August 23, 2009 Darn I forgot the Cannon Show. I loved that one too. Then of course I forgot Kojak with Telly Salvalas. Oh this could go on and on. There were so many good shows. Yama Mama
jarrejx Posted August 23, 2009 #33 Posted August 23, 2009 See, what stimulating conversation and nostalgia we would be missing if you left us Yama Mama. Don't ever think about that again. My choice is Mannix. I remember my siblings and I would have a contest to guess how many times Joe Mannix would get hit in the head each episode. He must have some type of Guinness WR for television actors knocked unconscious in a dramatic series. Jerry
Pegasus1300 Posted August 23, 2009 #34 Posted August 23, 2009 Oh wow where to start? Naked City or Peter Gun,both from the later fifties.I think James Coburn was in Naked City.Perry Mason is still a favorite and I watch every night. Mannix,Simon & Simon,Highway Patrol (Broderick Crawford),I led 3 Lives,The Untouchables (Robert Stack).Barnby Jones.Only Buddy Ebsen could pull off Jed and Barnaby and not make either one ridiculous. The Border Patrol ( I based my college education on that one Spanish and Law enforcement Major). This could go on and on.Magnum,Jag,Law and Order the original.Berretta was great loved the bird.Starsky and Hutch(couldn't have made it without Huggy Bear). Thre are so many more. But I guess if I could only have one all time favorite it would be Perry Mason:)
Squidley Posted August 23, 2009 #36 Posted August 23, 2009 Magnum PI was my all time favorite, but I watched Hill Street Blues and Beretta back in the day
Wizard765 Posted August 23, 2009 #37 Posted August 23, 2009 Barney Miller.... dry humour and I loved it.../
