1BigDog Posted August 20, 2009 #26 Posted August 20, 2009 Eileen called and said that the mutt is now in the back of her SUV and they are headed towards home. She already has a couple of names in mind. How about Muttley?? (kinda after Squidley, since he will be gone soon) Good for you two to go after that dog. All of my dogs over our 30 year marriage have come from rescues. Some were great and some were banana :banana:pies but they all found a home here.
KarlS Posted August 20, 2009 #27 Posted August 20, 2009 (edited) At the Rally my Daughter (for her purpose) named the dog Lucky because it had so many friends. And Abigail is so happy the dog now has a home. Edited August 20, 2009 by KarlS add content
BuckShot Posted August 20, 2009 #28 Posted August 20, 2009 Are you SURE you looked at the right dog? She is only about 2 years old. She already has a couple of names in mind. Ok--now you got us all wondering what names she has in mind. Give them up

Redneck Posted August 20, 2009 #33 Posted August 20, 2009 I would call her scruffy or bi-ch depending on the day.
Freebird Posted August 20, 2009 Author #34 Posted August 20, 2009 I'm too embarrassed to repeat the names that she mentioned. They are too Girly.
Mariner Fan Posted August 21, 2009 #35 Posted August 21, 2009 I'm too embarrassed to repeat the names that she mentioned. They are too Girly. Wimmens will do that....
barend Posted August 21, 2009 #36 Posted August 21, 2009 I'm too embarrassed to repeat the names that she mentioned. They are too Girly. We have one name Tigger, lives up to his name. pesonally i call him "stamp": stupid annoying moronic pest! wouldn't bother me none to give that sucker away! now, now that would still leave three more and five cats!
RoadKill Posted August 21, 2009 #37 Posted August 21, 2009 I had a chance to get rid of one of our 8 and when it came right down to it I couldn't let any go.........and they are ALL my wife's dogs. Your wife has been kind enough to take this dog in, so when it all comes down to it she should be able to name it. I home she gave it a bath though before she put it in your SUV
slick97spirit Posted August 21, 2009 #38 Posted August 21, 2009 How about (pronunciation)"Diogee" Get it "D-O-G"
