Ky. Rider Posted August 8, 2009 #7 Posted August 8, 2009 I lurk more than post but I was hoping to hear the news that it will be in that area next year. I wanted to make it this year but couldn't. I'm going to put it on my calendar for a must thing to do next year and Lord willing I'll be there. Already looking forward to it!
Bummer Posted August 8, 2009 #8 Posted August 8, 2009 Bill, Cindy, and all the committee members, Fantastic job, one and all! Irene and I had a great time!! Thanks for all the hard work! We heard some rumblings before we left The Hub. We're certainly in favor of doing it there again next year. So many curves and hills, so little time...
b2dad Posted August 8, 2009 #9 Posted August 8, 2009 Just wanted to let you all know that we made it to Mich (nephew's wedding tomorrow) with Carbon One and his lovely wife, Joyce, late this afternoon. They decided to head on home due to the impending rain. We had a great time at the HUB and enjoyed seeing old friends and making lots of new friends. The committee did a great job! Hope to see everyone there (and more) next year. Will let you know when we get home. Pat and Don

KarlS Posted August 9, 2009 #15 Posted August 9, 2009 Just pulled in about 40 minutes ago, 10 minutes before a big storm let loose. The Daughter and I put 2468 miles on the old 83 and we rode the Dragon. Had a GREAT time at the Hub and meeting all the wonderful people. I'm sure glad those other two little girls were there, kept my Daughter busy. Thanks to the entire committee on a job well done.:clap2:
Dano Posted August 9, 2009 #16 Posted August 9, 2009 Glad you guys made it home safe, we ended up not being able to do that, had to come home or we'd been with you. Good to meet you and your daughter, glad you had a good time.
