Brake Pad Posted August 5, 2009 #3 Posted August 5, 2009 A ruff, If I left my Bike in your garage, will it look like yours when I come back for it? That's the cleanist Venture I ever saw!!!!!!
FreezyRider Posted August 5, 2009 #4 Posted August 5, 2009 I can only imagine what they'll look like on the front of Bruiser.....literally, I can only imagine. From where I am on the list, I should be able to test them out next spring.
1BigDog Posted August 5, 2009 #5 Posted August 5, 2009 Hang in there Freezy........theyre coming.......slowly, but theyre coming.... Ken, have a safe trip down here to Florida.......
slick97spirit Posted August 7, 2009 Author #6 Posted August 7, 2009 I've have to give these just one more bump. Rode the bike to work today (65 miles one way) because I wanted to see how well these did at Interstate speeds. I have the shorter clearview shield and so there is some buffeting due to that, but I always felt that the majority of the "shirt slapping" I was experiencing was coming from between the front fairing and the lower cowling. Hence, I wanted the deflectors to take care of that. Boy do they. There is still enough air that comes around the fairing to move the shirt around and keep you cool, but my shirt is not annoyingly slapping at my neck and chest like it used to. So far, some of the best money I've spent for an add on to the RSV. Besides that, they look awesome on the front. The fill that void and make the front end look beefier.
1BigDog Posted August 7, 2009 #7 Posted August 7, 2009 Thanks for the nice words there Ken. My friend Dan, who did all of the work on those sure did appreciate the comments.
