I had a similar noise on mine last year. Everytime I hit a small bump a squeak could be heard from the front forks. Besides being annoying I was also worried that there was a major problem as we were a couple of days from home. I decided that the bike was handling fine so we continued on and finish the trip. Once home I was debating if I should pull the forks myself or take it to the dealer and get them to look at it. After listening to it in the quiet of my garage it dawned on me maybe something was wedged between the fork tubes. I found a piece of chip seal had wedged up the tube causing the squeak. It had stayed in place for over 2 days with me worried the whole time. Hope yours turns out to be something that simple.:080402gudl_prv:
