In November 1947, the 1/2 horsepower A-Type Honda was being manufactured and sold as a complete motorbike. Because the motorbike gave off a lot of smoke and a stench of turpentine it was known as the "Chimney".

Well...I wasn't 100% sure about which model of Kawasaki they road, the 900 or the 1000...I just did some research and found that they actually used both.

Wow thanks, That brings back some memories, when i graduated from the "box scooters" I got a Honda Dream it was all black with white fiberglass saddle bags and a windshield. It was a great little bike to have in 1965.

Nope, the first Honda was the one I listed above. The first Honda imported into the USA was the 1958 Honda C100 Super Cub.

How about picking 5 general places and 5 days. Each day you have to post a picture of you and your bike in front of that specific place. Kind of like a scavenger hunt.

Or how about an ALL SAINTS RIDE. We could do this over a period of time, say the 5 days mentioned earlier, and the post pictures of all the saints we have met.
