Dano Posted July 28, 2009 #29 Posted July 28, 2009 Glad you could stop by, good to see you two safe and sound. We'll try to throw some miles on the bike next week and see how that comes out! Dan

Yama Mama Posted July 28, 2009 #31 Posted July 28, 2009 I am glad everything worked out ok for you. I also wanted to comment on the obvious. Leadwolf had a problem and everyone was going to go out of their way to help him in his time of need. I do not think you would find that kind of friendship in many other motorcycle groups. I just had to say something about that. I am so happy to be a part of a group like this. Hey and did you like Batesville? I would like to live there when I retire. I love it there. Yama Mama:bighug:
Leadwolf56 Posted September 6, 2009 #32 Posted September 6, 2009 So everyone knows, the bike is like new again, found a good painter a mile up the road, he did an awesome job of matching everything up. He even repaired the windshield. Been running it for about 3 weeks now and no problem, seems to be as good as new. he also does pinstriping, artwork, etc. so Midnite Cherri will have a little bit of a new look next spring. I had him leave off the "eyebrows", I like it better, besides it makes more room for what I have in mind. Sorry Peggy, lost track of this thread. Didn't see much of Batesville other than the hotel and restaurant right off the interstate. Too sore at that time to do much else. Besides, all of those caskets........ Again, to those who helped and to those who offered to help, a big thank you, y'all are the BEST!
