Skid Posted July 7, 2009 #2 Posted July 7, 2009 Check the website, should be able to get all the info you need. http://www.blueridgeparkway.org/map2.htm
tufftom4 Posted July 7, 2009 #3 Posted July 7, 2009 Last year when I rode down the Parkway I camped at Otter Creek and Crabtree Meadows campgrounds and they were nice and clean if you like tent or RV camping. When I camped at Crabtree the county is a dry one so if you like to have a cold one after setting up camp you have to bring them with you. spotsy Posted July 8, 2009 #4 Posted July 8, 2009 Not sure where you plan to get on and off. If you are camping, Meadows of Dan has a nice place called Willville. Do a search and you can get the info. Not fancy but he keeps it clean. Coffee in the morning. I hear Grandfather Mountain in NC is good. Also, I hear a couple places in NC are closed on the Parkway but the web site should tell you that. Have fun and enjoy. Spotsy
