jbillerzippo Posted July 3, 2009 #1 Posted July 3, 2009 I'm considering buying an inversions table. I would like to hear from anyone that has one or has used one. Good or bad. Thanks for the help.
BuddyRich Posted July 3, 2009 #2 Posted July 3, 2009 I have one, use it a few times a week. Really helps when I get strange pains in my back. Only stay on it (inverted) maybe a minute or two, like 3 times then get off. It works for me.
jbillerzippo Posted July 3, 2009 Author #3 Posted July 3, 2009 Great Thanks for the info, a Guy that I work with has nothing but good things to say about his.
Guest Oldsalt Posted July 3, 2009 #4 Posted July 3, 2009 I had one for years and loved it. I found that by just going past the center point so that your head was just below your feet was really comfortable for longer and more rlaxing periods. Big mistake in getting rid of mine during a recent move. You will like it. oldsalt
1sttenor Posted July 3, 2009 #5 Posted July 3, 2009 I bought one for my wife and she said it really helped her. Once she wasn't needing it I loaned it to a friend. He uses it twice a day and sweared by it.
BuddyRich Posted July 3, 2009 #6 Posted July 3, 2009 Don't forget to take the stuff outta your pockets....
hydraulicman Posted July 4, 2009 #7 Posted July 4, 2009 I have had one for about 20 years, I only use it when I have back pain (not often) but it does work well for me. My wife used to use it also but had a knee replacement and the Doc said no to using it.
autopilot Posted July 4, 2009 #8 Posted July 4, 2009 I bought one for my son about a year ago. He said it helped his back a lot. He doesn't need it much lately and since my back is acting up a little, I'm thinking I may use it some myself.
jbillerzippo Posted July 4, 2009 Author #10 Posted July 4, 2009 Thanks for everyones input, I purchased one yesterday at Sears. It won't be in for two weeks, hard to believe that it would take that long this day an age.
