johnny canuck Posted July 2, 2009 #1 Posted July 2, 2009 Question for the board. I have the oportunity to purchase an original style seat for my 2003 Midnight Venture. I currently have the corbin seat (came with the bike). What would be a fair and reasonable price for this seat. It appears to be in excelent condition.
50btripn Posted July 2, 2009 #2 Posted July 2, 2009 Brand new (thru South Seattle Sports Plaza prices), front seat is $275, passenger seat is $222. I would probably pay for "like new" rarely used for about $100 each.
Reaney in NH Posted July 2, 2009 #3 Posted July 2, 2009 I've seen Fronts on ebay bring up to $225.00... with around $150.00 being the norm. Rears are usually around $100.00. There is a full set listed in the Classifieds on this site.
raceman62race Posted July 2, 2009 #4 Posted July 2, 2009 About the cheapest I've seen them go for on E-bay was about $139.00. I've also seen them go for quite a bit more too.

RedRider Posted July 2, 2009 #6 Posted July 2, 2009 (edited) Depends on which Corbin seat it is. If it is the king/queen (driver/rider) as one seat, it can be much more. If it also has the backrest, it can be $300+ (gone higher on EBay). Edit: Reread the original and realized he was looking for a price for the OEM seats, not the Corbin. Never mind. johnny canuck Posted July 2, 2009 Author #7 Posted July 2, 2009 It is a two piece king/queen + backrest - it's not the pillow seat.
johnny canuck Posted July 3, 2009 Author #8 Posted July 3, 2009 Picked up the seat. Good deal - 3 pcs. $200
