Can glass be replaced in side mirror....

Ok Jeff called and asked me to post this question.

Can the glass in the left side mirror on the first gen be replaced? Evidently it's cracked on his bike.

Should be able to get one cut at the local glass shop and then paste it in place, I would think.

Yes they can cut one to fit and replace it, The glue they use is a special glue that wont attack the silver on the back of the mirror. The new one will be the actual distance things will not be further away.

An automotive glass/windshield store can usually replace door mirrors, probably also on any motorcycle.
